Job summary

Citrin Cooperman is hiring a Senior in the Commercial Tax Services (CTS) Department in Florham Park, NJ. The role focuses on preparing federal and state tax returns and projections for corporate and individual clients, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and coordinate day-to-day tax work.

The position requires a bachelors (masters preferred), 3–5 years of tax experience, CPA or CPA-eligible status, and strong client service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in taxation preferred
• 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a mid-size public accounting firm
• CPA or CPA eligible preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate strong client services skills
• Approaches projects with a sense of urgency
• Be highly motivated and able to work individually and in a team setting
• Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of CCH Axcess, Sureprep, XCM and Caseware is a plus
