Ferguson is seeking a Senior Commercial/Fixtures Quotations Specialist in Omaha to guide pricing, quotes, and vendor interactions from project inquiry to completion. You will analyze specifications, coordinate with partners, and ensure accurate, timely quotations while staying current on product pricing trends.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a related role is required.
• Proven experience in all pricing aspects that contribute to successful quotations.
• Technical knowledge of quotation management systems and/or CRM applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze specifications and blueprints, bills of materials, or sample layouts.
• Assess cost-effectiveness of products and track costs vs bids as the project develops.
• Gather data for quotes, data entry of new quotes, and contact vendors for quotes.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to determine scope, specifications and calculations.
• Keep current on products, market costs and pricing trends.
• Follow up on quotes and contact vendors for pricing.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure pricing data is received timely.
• Update quotes and manage orders using Smartsheet and/or BidTracer.
• Develop knowledge of Ferguson products, services and customers.
• Recommend products/services that fit client needs.
• Assist Project Managers with project execution per PM methodology.
• Establish and maintain relationships with major accounts.
