J.F. Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a full-time Commercial Construction Plumbing Superintendent to lead field operations on new build projects in the Newark, DE area.

You will coordinate between mechanics, builders, and managers, overseeing performance, safety, quality, and timely material delivery to keep crews productive. You’ll drive profitability by guiding installation challenges, communicating delays to project leaders, and ensuring work meets deadlines with a focus on

Formación

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing tradesmen and mechanics subcontractors.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical performance of the mechanics and supervise field crews.
• Coordinate between mechanics, builders, and managers to ensure project goals.
• Ensure proper procedures are followed and materials are on site as needed.
• Evaluate quality at each construction phase and assist with installation challenges.
• Communicate delays or issues to the division manager and GC/PM/GM.
• Drive project profitability and ensure deadlines are met with quality and safety.
