Job summary

TA Woods, a leading mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractor, seeks an experienced Project Manager – Plumbing to lead commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through completion in Wilmington, NC.

You will manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and coordination with general contractors, clients, and field teams, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction while maintaining project timelines and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in project management within commercial construction.
• Strong background in commercial plumbing systems and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with general contractors, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements.
• Track progress, costs, materials, and labor; manage RFIs/submittals/change orders.
