Job summary

A national automotive parts retailer in Spring Hill, Florida is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to support sales and manage commercial customer relationships. This full-time position requires knowledge of automotive systems and proven sales ability. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a capacity to manage Team Members. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience in automotive parts, with ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.

• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
