Job summary

A nationwide auto parts retailer in Dacula, Georgia, is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to enhance customer retention and drive business growth. This full-time role involves maintaining customer relationships, managing team members, and requires substantial automotive knowledge. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of automotive parts experience and strong sales capabilities. A high school diploma is required; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in customer transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.

Skills

Working knowledge of automotive systems

Strong organizational skills

ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to multi-task and remain organized
