Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property Management in a Class A high-rise office tower.
• Hospitality / Customer Experience background preferred.
• Understanding of building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of individuals for operational management across multiple disciplines.
• Manage tenant experience for large-scale occupiers through the life of lease.
• Create annual budgets and analyze financial statements throughout the year.
