Responsibilities

• Underwrite across commercial lending verticals (C&I, CRE, Construction) per bank policy.
• Manage department reporting (Loan Policy, NAICS, Financial Tracking, Concentration of Credit).
• Lead quarterly Allowance for Loan Loss reporting with underwriting team.
• Oversee Baker Hill financial statement spreading with the team.
• Support internship program and junior staff development.
