Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Boston is seeking an experienced attorney for a commercial litigation role in a Tier 1 practice. The position offers exposure to sophisticated disputes and meaningful courtroom opportunities, with a remote schedule option.

The role emphasizes ownership of matters from inception through resolution, frequent collaboration with partners, and the chance to handle shareholder, LLC, contract, fraud and post-closing disputes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Massachusetts Bar admission / ability to practice immediately strongly preferred.
• State and federal court experience.
• Construction, white-collar or other specialist litigation experience particularly attractive (not a must have).

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts.
• Draft dispositive motions, pleadings and substantive briefs.
• Develop case strategy directly with partners and clients.
• Take increasing ownership of matters from inception through resolution.
