Jobot is seeking a Counsel or Junior Partner in Commercial Litigation in Tysons, VA. The role offers leadership over matters and opportunities to grow within the platform, overseeing associate-run cases and ongoing matters.

The ideal candidate has substantial commercial litigation experience, a portable book of business around $200K, strong writing and advocacy skills, and is licensed in VA and/or MD (DC a plus).

Qualifications

• Significant commercial litigation experience with the ability to run cases end-to-end.
• Partial portable book of business (target around $200K).
• Experience supervising associates and managing complex case strategy.
• Strong writing and argument skills (motions practice, discovery disputes, dispositive briefing).
• Courtroom or arbitration experience strongly preferred.
• Licensed in VA and/or MD; DC is a plus.
