gpac is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney (Mid-Level Associate to Of Counsel) based in Coral Gables, FL, with an in-office role and hybrid flexibility. The firm focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, welcoming mid-level to senior attorneys with substantial dispute experience.

Strong writing and advocacy, plus client-facing skills, are essential. This role offers partnership-track potential, a collaborative environment, and a hybrid schedule with 1–2 remote days per week

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/business litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, fiduciary duty, real estate, banking/financial services litigation, or other complex commercial matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation from pleadings through trial preparation.
• Take depositions, conduct discovery, motions, hearings, mediations and court appearances.
