You will manage complex litigation, draft pleadings, conduct research, take depositions, and represent clients in court. Requirements: active CA license, JD from an accredited school, and 3+ years of commercial litigation experience.

Qualifications

• Active CA license required.
• JD from an accredited school.
• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and other substantive filings.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery, oversee e-discovery, and take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
