Byrd Campbell, P.A. is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to independently manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, based in our Winter Park, FL office.

The ideal candidate will have a Book of Business and drive client relationships. The role requires a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, active Florida bar membership, and a minimum of 10+ years of litigation experience, with strong Florida procedural and substantive knowledge

We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced litigator to manage high-profile cases and mentor junior attorneys. This position is an in-office role based out of our office located in Winter Park, FL.

Position Overview

The Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney will independently manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters and represent clients in state and federal courts. This position requires a strong understanding of the commercial litigation lifecycle from initial consultation through pre-trial and appeals. The ideal candidate will have an established Book of Business and be motivated to build and maintain additional client relationships.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in Florida; admission to additional jurisdictions is a plus.
• A minimum of 10+ years of litigation experience.
• Superb understanding of commercial procedure and substantive law in Florida.
• Exceptional legal writing, oral, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated success in similar past roles.
• Experience mentoring junior attorneys and/or staff is a plus.
