Qualifications

• 5+ years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Significant deposition and courtroom experience.
• Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
• In-office position with potential for limited hybrid flexibility after integration.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Manage pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Draft legal documents and argue substantive motions.
• Handle business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder/partnership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, real estate, banking, and financial services litigation.
• Independently manage an active caseload and work with clients on high-stakes matters.
