Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience delivering major infrastructure or capital programmes.
• Significant commercial leadership experience in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
• Strong understanding of contract strategy, procurement, cost management and commercial governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial and contractual activities across assigned programme workstreams.
• Develop contract strategies, oversee tendering and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with client governance frameworks and corporate procedures.
