Job summary

1-2-3 Equipment Solutions seeks a Senior Commercial Hot & Cold Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair a broad range of kitchen, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment across Ashland and nearby markets. You will travel to customer sites in a trusted company vehicle and mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial hot-side and/or refrigeration service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across commercial foodservice and refrigeration equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspects the commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment and their related components to ensure safe operation.
• Communicates with customer and branch staff regarding status of repairs to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated with customers.
• Completes service tickets according to procedures.
• Tracks truck stock to ensure needed parts are stocked on vehicle.
• Sustains service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to Tech24 standards.
• Sets a positive example for less experienced and/or new technicians by being a Company advocate.
• Follows all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety.
