• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Perform client research, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, and assist in proposals.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
