Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead HVAC operations in a commercial facility. You will supervise technicians, oversee daily HVAC activities, and ensure safe, compliant, high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on commercial HVAC experience with chillers and boilers, strong leadership, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Competitive compensation and bonus eligibility are provided.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
HVAC Certification and EPA Universal Certification required.
Minimum 5 years of progressive commercial HVAC experience.
At least 2 years in supervisory, lead, or operations roles.
Proven ability to operate, troubleshoot, and oversee chillers and boiler plants.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, life-safety, and local building codes.
Proficiency with CMMS and operational reporting tools.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and schedule HVAC technicians and lead technicians.
Oversee daily commercial HVAC operations, including PMs, repairs, and emergency response.
Provide technical oversight for chillers, boilers, AHUs, RTUs, VAVs, BAS, and central plant systems.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, local codes, and client requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and inspection records.
Support audits, inspections, and life-safety testing.
Monitor labor utilization, materials, and vendor performance.
Use CMMS systems to track work orders, PM schedules, and KPIs.
Serve as the primary HVAC point of contact for clients and facility stakeholders.
