Job summary

Modigent seeks a Service Technician III to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems across varied facilities. You will lead challenging service calls, coordinate parts, and document findings for billing and warranty, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, EPA 608 certification, and strong customer communication. Expect regional travel, on-call rotations, and a safety-first culture across nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification (Universal strongly preferred) and/or NATE training are a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems.
• Lead full service calls from dispatch to completion and communicate with customers.
• Mentor Service Technician I & II and uphold safety standards.
