Qualifications

• 6+ years of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, and controls.
• Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers.
• HVAC license or working toward licensure; EPA and OSHA 10 certifications.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
• Service equipment including chillers, boilers, HVAC controls, and related components.
• Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential equipment issues.
• Install and replace HVAC equipment and components as needed.
• Communicate repair recommendations and equipment issues to customers and management.
• Complete service reports, work orders, and required documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with dispatch to manage service schedules and customer needs.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and industry standards.
