The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in commercial projects and demonstrate strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience running commercial HVAC/plumbing/mechanical projects.
• Proven success managing teams and large-scale jobs.
• Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and insulation projects ($2M–$8M+).
• Supervise and motivate crews of up to 40 across multiple jobsites.
• Conduct safety audits and maintain strong client relationships.
