Job summary

Engineering Excellence is seeking a Commercial Installer III to support installation and service for our HVAC projects in Michigan. The role involves installing heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment, performing diagnostics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will work under supervision with a Field Supervisor or GM, lead on-site installation tasks, balance airflow, and assist with planning and estimating.

Qualifications

• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient in the fundamentals of HVAC operation and accessories.
• Advanced skills in installing HVAC equipment and duct work.
• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and diagnosing HVAC systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate all necessary tools.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories under supervision.
• Perform start-ups and balance airflow on systems.
• Fabricate and install ducts and duct fittings.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote services.
• Complete paperwork neatly and promptly; collect payments as needed.
• Maintain company property, tools, and vehicle and keep them stocked.
