Responsibilities

• Establishes new commercial escrow accounts and processes escrow documents per policies.
• Acts as a neutral third party between buyers and sellers, managing funds and real estate transactions.
• Collaborates with related teams to achieve objectives.
• Contributes to quality and timeliness of team output and efficiency.
• Recognizes and resolves uncommon problems that arise.
• Selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures.
• Communicates complex information clearly, including interdependencies within teams.
• Operates with limited supervision and may adjust work practices to improve results.
• Serves as a resource for less experienced teammates; no supervisory responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
