Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 4–8 years of post-JD experience negotiating SaaS/technology agreements.
• Experience with consumer data privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, FCRA).

Responsibilities

• Advise Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering on contract structure and risk.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, partner, NDA and vendor agreements.
• Identify regulatory risks and ensure data-use compliance in commercial contracts.
• Assist with product offering launches and business models.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and guidance to speed deals.
