Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney (Technology Transactions) on a short-term contract to support an in-house legal team. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and partnering with internal stakeholders.

The attorney will address data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related matters while enabling smooth deal execution and cross-functional collaboration with sales, procurement, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar license required.
• 3+ years of legal experience required.
• In-house experience strongly preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting technology, SaaS, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SOWs.
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate professional services agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate partnership and alliance agreements.
• Partner with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to support commercial transactions.
• Identify and address contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related matters.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to help move deals forward.
• Support contract negotiations from initial review through execution.

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney (Technology Transactions) for our client, a financial services organization. This short-term contract assignment will provide coverage for an in-house legal team and support the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements while partnering with internal business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate: Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
• Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Vendor Agreements
• Professional Services Agreements
• Partnership and Alliance Agreements
• Partner with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to support commercial transactions.
• Identify and address contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related matters.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to help move deals forward.
• Support contract negotiations from initial review through execution.

Qualifications
