Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Safety-focused with OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams and supervise subcontractors on projects.
• Develop and execute project execution plans and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and QA/QC program.
• Lead safety culture and conduct weekly on-site meetings.
