You will develop site logistics, manage trade partners, review drawings and specs, ensure safety, schedule, and quality, and mentor staff while delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong communication and BIM experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Experience managing $20 Million+ projects.
• OSHA training required.
• Aviation construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications and architectural drawings.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Office Suite, BlueBeam and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and mentor field staff on project.
• Develop and implement site logistics plan.
• Manage and coordinate all trade partners including scheduling and scope of work.
• Develop construction schedules, maintain updates, and provide solutions for new activities and impacts.
• Perform constructability review.
• Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction and all inspections.
• Ensure quality control per established requirements.
• Lead and enforce safety standards.
