Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Analytical ability (data mining/manipulation, forecasting).
• Proven leadership and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial card and integrated payables portfolio growth strategy development and execution.
• Own product performance and P&L to drive revenue and expense targets.
• Review and modify existing products to maximize profitability and meet customer needs.
• Oversee all tasks associated with new product development and market rollout.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Servicing, Implementation and Vendors to solve customer needs.
• Develop and oversee marketing and training materials.
• Evaluate products and adjust strategy as needed.
• Provide support to Credit, Sales, Risk, Fraud, IT, Servicing, and Implementation teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
