Axiom is seeking a Banking & Financial Regulatory Counsel to join its Financial Institutions team in Ashburn, Virginia. You will draft and negotiate loan documentation for syndicated and secured lending, and provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a JD and a law license, with at least five years in commercial banking or financial regulation, and a thorough understanding of Basel III, AML/KYC, and OCC rules.

Formación

• JD and licensed to practice law.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial banking, financial regulation, or lending.
• Strong knowledge of Basel III, AML/KYC, and OCC regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and negotiate loan documentation for syndicated and secured lending.
• Provide guidance on Basel III capital management, AML/KYC compliance and OCC matters.
• Collaborate with internal risk and business teams to address regulatory and transactional issues.
