Job summary

Conference Technologies in New Jersey is seeking an AV Systems Designer with 3+ years of experience to design commercial AV systems for conference rooms and enterprise spaces. You will produce signal flow diagrams and system drawings in Visio/CAD and collaborate with Sales, PMs, BIM/CAD, architects, and IT to ensure buildable designs that meet CTI standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing commercial AV systems (not entry-level).
• Strong experience creating AV documentation/drawings (signal flow, system drawings, Visio/CAD).
• Communication skills for cross-team coordination and translating tech to humans.

Responsibilities

• Design complete commercial AV systems (conference rooms, boardrooms, training spaces, enterprise collaboration).
• Create AV signal flow diagrams, system drawings, and documentation (Visio and/or CAD).
• Review project scope and clarify technical requirements; select equipment and define architecture.
