Advance Auto Parts in Danville, IN is seeking a professional level sales position to support the commercial side of the business. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and strategic sourcing, partnering with the GM to coach Team Members and ensure timely delivery.

You will apply extensive automotive parts knowledge, manage stock, and build a network of suppliers while meeting store sales goals and maintaining strong relationships with commercial customers.

Formación

• A minimum of 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment experience.
• Experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
