The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of automotive parts experience, strong selling and organizational skills, and the ability to manage and mentor team members. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Provide day‑to‑day supervisory support for Team Members.
