EY Studio+ Commerce is seeking a Commerce Technical Architect (Manager level) to lead end-to-end architecture across leading commerce platforms and composable ecosystems. You will bridge business and technology, guide platform selection, and drive architecture governance from discovery to launch.

In this role, you will mentor teams, collaborate with multidisciplinary groups, and craft solutions that maximize business value while remaining scalable and secure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 9+ years designing and delivering enterprise commerce solutions in consulting, digital agency or complex client environments.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Technical Architect or comparable technology leadership role.
• Deep implementation experience with at least one leading commerce platform such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify/Shopify Plus, commercetools or SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Experience working across multiple commerce platforms or ability to adapt architecture expertise across ecosystems.
• Experience designing integrations across ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, CMS, CDP, payment, tax, search and marketing tech.
• Experience with API-led, headless and composable commerce architectures.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops, solution design sessions and architecture reviews.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional delivery workstreams.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel based on client and engagement needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for enterprise commerce transformations across leading platforms and ecosystems.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to translate objectives into scalable solutions.
• Lead client workshops, architecture reviews and solutioning activities across pursuits and delivery programs.
• Guide platform selection, integration strategy, governance, and technical decision-making across complex ecosystems.
• Support proposals, pursuits, RFP responses and executive presentations with vision and value.
• Partner with experience, strategy, product, data, AI and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, architectural oversight and risk management across delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor technical teams and contribute to EY Studio+ Commerce architecture practice growth.
