Job summary

EY is seeking a Commerce Technical Architect (Manager level) to lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise commerce transformations across leading platforms. You will bridge business and technical teams, guide architecture governance, and drive solution design across multiple ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 9+ years delivering enterprise commerce solutions in consulting or digital environments.
• Experience as Technical Architect or similar leadership role.
• Deep implementation experience with leading commerce platforms (SFCC, Adobe, Shopify, commercetools, SAP Commerce).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for enterprise commerce transformations across platforms.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams; translate objectives into scalable tech solutions.
• Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, and solutioning activities across pursuits and programs.
• Guide platform selection, integration strategy, governance, and decision-making across ecosystems.
• Support proposals, pursuits, RFPs, and executive presentations with clear vision and business value.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership, risk management, and delivery oversight.
• Mentor technical teams and grow EY Studio+ Commerce architecture practice.
