Job summary

Team Up is seeking a Senior ColdFusion Developer to support a 12-month engagement for a high-traffic marketplace. This is a remote role with responsibilities across maintenance, AWS support, and critical integrations during a migration to a modern stack.

You will work independently across multiple workstreams and handle production incidents. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ColdFusion/Lucee, expert MySQL knowledge, and proven DevOps experience on AWS, with experience integrating partners, ERP

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ColdFusion/Lucee production experience.
• Experience with legacy ColdFusion applications.
• Experience with marketplace platforms or high-traffic e-commerce systems.
• Expert-level MySQL knowledge, including complex schemas.
• Proven AWS infrastructure knowledge and practical DevOps experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and external marketplace, ERP, or partner integrations.
• Strong debugging and production incident-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different workstreams.
• Willingness to respond to critical production issues outside standard business hours.
• Availability for a full-time, 12-month engagement.
• Experience with payment systems, marketplace integrations, or migration projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and stabilize the existing ColdFusion/Lucee platform.
• Handle approximately 8–12 support tickets per week, including bug fixes and maintenance tasks.
• Investigate and resolve support escalations affecting sellers and buyers.
• Maintain and monitor AWS infrastructure.
• Handle approximately 1–2 AWS infrastructure tasks per week.
• Support business-critical development projects and overdue integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations with partners, ERP systems, and external APIs.
• Work with integrations such as JTL, eBay, Google Merchant Center, and other marketplace or business-critical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues affecting platform availability, payments, and critical integrations.
• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities independently.
• Respond to critical P1 production incidents, including platform outages, payment failures, and integration disruptions.
• Provide an initial response to P1 incidents within 30 minutes and work toward resolution within 2 hours.
• Produce and maintain codebase and system documentation as formal project deliverables.
• Support the platform throughout its transition to a modern technology stack.
