Job summary

AuraOne is seeking an Expert Codebase Evaluation Specialist - Coding Agent Review to remotely evaluate codebase prompts and model outputs against AuraOne's quality rubric. You will compare paired outputs, label edge cases, and draft structured feedback to retrain models.

The role requires robust attention to detail, the ability to name rubric clauses clearly, and reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week. This is a CONTRACTOR, remote-US eligible position.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on codebase evaluation evaluation or adjacent content.
• Clear written reasoning naming the issue and the rubric clause applied.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate codebase evaluation evaluation model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and pick the stronger answer with a written rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them back to the program team for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibrating against gold-standard examples.
• Document recurring failure modes to help target them in training.
