Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial abrasive blasting and coatings application.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience in a coatings or blasting crew.
• Knowledge of SSPC surface preparation standards and coating system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of the coatings and blasting crew.
• Train and mentor technicians on techniques and safety standards.
• Conduct pre-shift safety meetings and job hazard analyses.
