Job summary

PharmaLex is looking for an engineer to lead the design and operation of CO2 Cold Chain systems. The role will ensure compliance with engineering standards and drive continuous improvement of processes.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in Industrial Refrigeration and cold room design, with strong project management and communication skills. This position supports a fixed-term contract at a partner facility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Industrial Refrigeration and Cold room Design.
• 5+ years in CO2 cold room design and operation.
• Experience working in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Willingness to travel (30%).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and operation of Cold Room/Refrigeration systems.
• Ensure compliance with engineering and safety specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement of cold room processes.
• Lead training and system adoption for cold room operations.
