Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to lead monitoring across CNS trials from site qualification through closeout. This home-based role covers the West Coast of the United States, with regional travel 8-10 days per month.

You will partner with investigators, study teams, and sponsors to ensure protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality data collection while supporting site performance throughout the trial lifecycle.

Qualifications

Required experience monitoring CNS clinical trials.
Travel within the specified region to support site visits and study activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate study start-up activities, including collection of regulatory documentation and support of contract and budget processes.
Conduct all types of monitoring visits: PSSVs, SIVs, IMVs and COVs.
Train site personnel on protocol requirements, data collection processes, and safety reporting expectations.
Monitor site performance and provide ongoing support throughout study maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with informed consent requirements, safety reporting obligations, and applicable regulatory standards.
Partner with sites and study teams to drive data quality, participant safety, and overall study success.
Support site closeout activities and ensure study requirements are completed at the conclusion of the trial.
