Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC is seeking a CNO Software Developer to design and implement specialized software tools. The role focuses on Python, C++, and Java across Windows and Linux environments, with responsibilities spanning end-to-end design, development and testing of the software stack.

You will mentor junior developers, participate in design meetings, and collaborate with customer teams to solve real-time engineering challenges while delivering robust, secure software for intelligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in computer engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience programming in C/C++ or similar and Python.
• Familiarity with network protocols and OS internals.
• Experience with IDA Pro or Ghidra is a plus.
• Knowledge of CNO techniques and software security concepts (ASLR/DEP).
• Ability to design solutions with minimal oversight and communicate plans.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain CNO-focused software tooling.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
• Work on Windows/Linux platforms with Unix/Mobile capabilities as part of a team.
• Communicate requirements, status, and deliverables with stakeholders.
