Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior-level engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain advanced CNO capabilities. The role includes mentoring junior staff and ensuring tools are ready for operational success.

The candidate should have TS/SCI clearance with FSP and CI Poly within 5 years, extensive C/C++, assembly, and scripting experience, and a strong background in network sockets and security exploitation techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of field experience if no degree.
• 8+ years programming in C/C++, Java, Python, Perl.
• 7+ years in Windows/.NET or UNIX apps with builds.
• 6+ years CNO tool programming.
• 5+ years team leadership for government CNO work.
• 4+ years network sockets programming and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and maintenance of advanced CNO capabilities.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate with government clients to fulfill mission requirements.
