Job summary

Surefitresources.com is looking for an Auto Clad System Welder to support the Houston Plant. The ideal candidate will operate CNC TIG cladding systems and perform welding duties that include setup and inspection to ensure conformity. Candidates must have at least 5 years of welding experience and a high school diploma or GED.

The role requires proficiency in welding techniques and the ability to work in a shop environment, along with strong communication skills. A forklift operator's license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automatic machine GTAW clad welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in inspection equipment/tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine set ups per process instructions.
• Operate TIG cladding system machinery and inspect work for conformity.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
