Qualifications

• Must have at least 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• Hands-on experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machining centers.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings; proficient use of precision inspection tools.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI; U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and lathes to finish high-precision aluminum die cast components.
• Load G-code programs and adjust tool offsets while making real-time process changes.
• Troubleshoot surface finish defects, dimensional variations, and tool/fixture issues.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM reports.
• Perform tooling maintenance by replacing worn tools and monitoring tool life.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and routine machine care.
• Maintain accurate process records of production counts, quality metrics, and setup adjustments.
