Henderson Group Recruiting seeks a Senior CNC Setup Machinist for multi-axis mills and lathes in the Greater Green Bay, WI area. You will own complex setups, edit G-code at the controller, and perform precision first-article inspections in a climate-controlled facility with advanced equipment.

This direct-hire role requires 3+ years of independent CNC setup, ITAR compliance (US citizenship/Green Card), and daily commuting within the region.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of independent CNC setup experience on HMC/VMC mills or multi-axis turning centers.
• Direct experience editing G-code at the controller.
• Experience performing first-article inspections in close-tolerance environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex machine setups and fixture alignments on CNC HMC/VMC mills and multi-axis turning centers.
• Edit G-code and macro variables at the controller to optimize tool paths and cycles.
• Perform precision first-article inspections using gauges and comparators to verify tight tolerances.
• Mentor junior operators and collaborate with engineering on DFMs and lean initiatives.
