Saint Cyr Partners seeks a Senior CNC Setup Machinist for multi-axis mills and lathes in the Greater Green Bay, WI area. This direct-hire role focuses on independent complex setups, G-code editing, and tight-tolerance aerospace/defense parts in a climate-controlled facility.

You will own setups from start to finish, mentor junior operators, collaborate with engineering on DFM reviews, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of independent CNC setup and G-code editing experience.
• Experience with HMC/VMC mills or multi-axis lathes.
• ITAR compliance and ability to commute to Greater Green Bay, WI.
• Aerospace/Defense or Medical Device background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Complex Setups: Perform complex, independent machine setups on CNC HMC/VMC mills and multi-axis turning centers.
• G-Code Optimization: Edit G-code and macro variables at the controller to optimize tool paths and cycles.
• Precision First-Article Inspection: Use micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and comparators to verify tight-tolerance features.
• Optimize Cell Throughput: Maximize workflow across active machines to reduce cycle times.
• Floor Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior operators and troubleshoot floor setups.
• Engineering Collaboration: Partner with engineering on tool-path optimizations and DFM reviews.
