Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a production environment.
• Proficient in using standard inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, drawings and geometric tolerancing.
• Able to follow detailed work instructions and production schedules with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC machines safely and efficiently, loading/unloading parts and performing tool changes.
• Interprets blueprints and inspection documents to meet tight tolerances.
• Monitors machining operations for tool wear or instability and adjusts as needed.
• Performs routine machine checks and assists with preventative maintenance.
• Ensures proper setup, alignment of fixturing and communicates issues to team.
• Participates in training of less experienced operators.
