Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC milling setup experience.
• Experience with Brother, Mori Seiki, Fadal mills with Fanuc controls.
• Studies blueprints, drawings, or samples to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Selects and secures fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and perform progressive machining.
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and sequences.
• Select and align fixtures and tools; adjust speeds and feeds as required.
• Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications; document results.
• Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
