Job summary

Century-Arms,-Inc.- is seeking a dedicated CNC Technician to support set-up, operation, and product changeovers for mills and lathes in a manufacturing setting. You will assist in tooling development, fixture alignment, and offset loading while training staff in CNC operation and inspection.

The role requires the ability to read drawings, use precision measuring tools, and adhere to safety protocols. Collaboration with supervisors and engineering is essential to resolve quality issues and

Qualifications

Read and interpret drawings to confirm dimensions of critical features.
Experience with firearms production, tooling and gauges.
Familiarity with inspection equipment and gauges.
Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Assist in development and manufacturing of existing and new products.
Assist Engineering with tooling and gauges.
Troubleshoot and adjust offsets with Engineering assistance.
Set up CNC machine operations including fixture alignment, tool setting and offset loading.
Train personnel in CNC operation, tool setting, fixture setups and part inspection.
Maintain 5S and clean workstation; wear PPE as directed.
