Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and CAD models.
• Experience selecting and configuring tooling/fixtures for precision CNC work.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools and inspection methods.
• Familiar with regulatory standards and quality systems in medical/aerospace.
• Experience editing/optimizing CNC programs and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex CNC equipment to manufacture precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints and CAD models to guide manufacturing.
• Select tooling and fixtures to achieve required tolerances.
• Perform in‑process inspections using precision instruments to ensure quality.
• Mentor junior machinists and collaborate with quality/manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery.
