Job summary

Tecomet is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist III in Wilmington, MA to operate, set up, and possibly program CNC mills, wire EDMs, and lathes. You will read blueprints, run jobs within tight tolerances, and maintain quality using precision measuring tools in a GMP-like environment.

The role requires 5+ years of CNC machining experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a preference for an associate degree or machinist apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate degree or machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• GCSE/NVQ Maths and English desirable (UK only).

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, lathes, and EDMs.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Maintain quality by using measurement equipment and OOQ standards.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and document activities.
